We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written permission of HEADZONE Ltd. Region Of Use
Department of Communications regulations govern the use of this product in specific regions. This product can therefore only be operated in countries listed in these regions. The use of this product outside the intended region is in contradiction to state law. HEADZONE will not be liable for any breach of local regulation due to the customer operating this product outside the intended region. i.e. Pacific region units can only be used in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.

Please read this policy before returning products.
All returns must accompany a Returns Form which can be downloaded below. Returns without a completed Return Form will not be accepted.

At Headzone, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for credit or replacement within 30 days of your purchase. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
How Do I Send Merchandise Back?
1. Contact Headzone via Fax or Email, using the Return Form.
2. You will be contacted within 24hrs with a Return Authorization Number.
3. Return merchandise should be enclosed in original packing or similar sturdy box, with RA number clearly visible on the delivery label. The completed Return Form should also be enclosed.
4. You should contact courier service to arrange for pickup of return.
5. Upon receipt Headzone will evaluate your return.
6. Replacement product or credit will be issued within 24hrs. We will notify you once we have processed your credit. This may not reflect immediately on your statement.
7. Headzone will notify you once a replacement or credit is processed.

What else should i know?
You need to send the completed Return Form with the return.
Package your merchandise securely, HEADZONE cannot be responsible for damage in shipping.
For credit, send a copy of your original invoice. This will expedite your credit.
What if i ordered the wrong size or colour?
You need to contact Headzone Returns using the same procedure as Return Merchandise. Please note, that shipping cost may be at your own expense.
What if my order is supplied incorrectly?
Please notify HEADZONE Returns immediately, we will verify your order and arrange to have your order corrected.
Damaged in transit?
In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been Damaged in Transit, you should;
- Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
- Direct the Courier to Return Goods to HEADZONE.
- Notify HEADZONE Returns immediately.
If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been Damaged in Transit you should notify HEADZONE Returns immediately.
HEADZONE may, at its sole option, revise the Policies from time to time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Typographical, product description, pricing, images and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or payment are accepted.

What is the warranty policy?
You should contact courier service to arrange for pickup of Return.
HEADZONE limits this warranty to the original purchaser of the equipment.
HEADZONE warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from HEADZONE or their Authorised Dealer. For professional or commercial users (i.e. continuous use) the FULL warranty is six (6) months.
Should the product require servicing during this period, all labour and parts used to effect repairs will be supplied free of charge. HEADZONE reserves the right to determine whether the damage has been occasioned by accident or misuse whereby the warranty would be void. Failure to correctly maintain and care for your product constitutes misuse and will not be covered by warranty.
In the event of a defect occurring during the warranty period, the original Purchaser may return the defective unit along with suitable proof of purchase date (i.e. receipt, docket, credit card slip etc.) to HEADZONE or the Authorised Dealer from whom the unit was purchased. All freight charges incurred for transportation by the Authorised Dealer or HEADZONE are the Purchaser’s responsibility. All returns to HEADZONE should be securely packaged, HEADZONE cannot be responsible for damage in shipping. Inclusion of all relevant paperwork will expedite returns.
Warranty return procedure;
1. Contact HEADZONE via Fax or Email, using the return form
2. You will be contacted within 24hrs with a Return Authorisation Number.
3. Return merchandise should be enclosed in original packaging or similar sturdy box, with RA number clearly visible on the delivery label. The completed Return Form and suitable proof of purchase should also be enclosed
4. Upon receipt, HEADZONE will evaluate your return
5. Replacement or repair will be issued within 48 hours
6. HEADZONE will notify you if there are any delays in repair or replacement.
Return merchandise with proof of purchase to the Authorised Dealer. The dealer will forward it to HEADZONE Ltd.
